What are pheromone candles? Pheromone candles are designed to release pheromones, chemicals that can trigger social responses in humans. They are often used to create a romantic or relaxing atmosphere.
Are your jar candles refillable? Yes, our jar candles are designed to be refillable. Once your candle has fully burned, you can clean out the jar and purchase a refill, helping to reduce waste.

How long do your candles burn? Burn times vary by candle size and type. Generally, our soy wax candles have a longer burn time compared to traditional candles. You can find specific burn times listed on each product's page.
How can I ensure my candle burns evenly? For an even burn, trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use, let the candle burn until the wax pool reaches the edge of the container, and avoid placing your candle in a drafty area.
Can I use pheromone candles in any room? Yes, pheromone candles can be used in any room. However, we recommend using them in spaces where you wish to enhance the atmosphere with their unique properties, such as bedrooms or living areas.

Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we ship to all EU contries, USA and some Asian countries. Please contact us for additional shipping information.
How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.

Are your candles safe to use around pets? Our candles are made with non-toxic materials, making them safe to use in pet-friendly homes. However, we recommend keeping candles out of reach of pets to prevent accidents.
How should I store my candles? Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This helps preserve their fragrance and color.
How safe is it to light candles at home? It is important to follow the rules of safety. Do not light candles near flammable objects such as curtains, flammable decorations, leave the candle unattended, near children and always extinguish the candle thoroughly when leaving the room.

Place the burning candle out of reach of children and pets.
Leave a distance of at least five times the candle diameter between burning candles.
Do not leave the candle near objects that can easily ignite.
Do not place candles in draughts.
Place candles in an upright position.
Adjust the wick to a length of about 0,5 cm before each lighting.
Do not leave matches or other fragments in the melted wax.
Do not move the candle while it is burning.
Do not sprinkle liquids on the candle.
Do not consume the candles or their parts.
